Date:2022-06-27  Hits:461  Belong to:Insurance

The medical insurance management and settlement process of non local medical insurance cardholders in our hospital is the same as that of Beijing Medical Insurance cardholders, which is implemented according to the settlement process of Beijing Medical Insurance cardholders. The details are as follows:

1. Handle hospitalization registration. The patient holds an entity or electronic "social security card (medical insurance card)" to handle hospitalization registration. The medical insurance filing status of the patient is queried through the online medical insurance system. The medical insurance system card registration is successful, and the patient's "social security card" is retained.

2. Inpatient management after admission, the fee will be "non local card" fee. According to the same management of Beijing medical insurance patients, the real name system will be implemented for medical treatment, reasonable diagnosis and treatment, and reasonable charges. The charging standard will be strictly implemented in accordance with Beijing medical insurance patients, and self payment agreements will be signed for self funded projects.

3. Discharge settlement for patients in different places, our hospital creates conditions to support the completion of settlement on the day of discharge. If there are special holidays, you should be informed of the settlement schedule in time.

The resident doctor should make an appointment for discharge settlement one day before the patient leaves the hospital. On the day of discharge, the patient or his family members shall take the hospitalization deposit slip to the settlement office to complete the settlement of hospitalization expenses, and return the patient's "social security card (medical insurance card)" at the same time
