Prescription regulations

Referring to the document of jrsf (2011) No. 64, in order to ensure the basic medical needs of patients, the insured in Beijing medical insurance need to take similar drugs for a long time because of their stable condition. However, when they cannot go to the designated medical institutions for medical treatment due to inconvenient movement, long-term lying in bed or suffering from mental diseases, the family members of the insured can prescribe drugs on behalf of them. At the same time, in order to eliminate unreasonable medical expenses and ensure the safe operation of the medical insurance gene, the agent prescribing drugs must comply with the following provisions:

1. Hold the patient's valid identity certificate (ID card and social security card);

2. Hold the outpatient medical record and the bottom prescription or diagnosis certificate of the confirmed Hospital;

3. Valid identity certificate (ID card) of the agent prescribing drugs;

4. The dosage shall comply with the prescription management regulations;

5. In order to ensure the prescription of symptomatic drugs, the patients need to come to the hospital for reexamination in person after three months of continuous prescription
