The pharmacy department of our hospital now has 6 staff members, including 3 with bachelor's degree, 3 with junior college degree, 1 with intermediate professional title and 4 with primary professional title. The team stresses learning, unity, style and efficiency. Each team member actively pays attention to the work in charge, pays attention to communication, adheres to mutual respect and support, creates a good working atmosphere and improves work efficiency.
